Food was great but Service was a bit slow in our waitress did not connect back with us

My order was wrong and server never brought me correct item and also charged our bill incorrectly. Also had a stomach ache all night!

We went to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday with our college age kids and were sat in an area right next to large windows and the temperature was VERY cold. I immediately asked to move to a different table as this was not acceptable and was told they could not do this even though I could see there were many tables open. We had to eat our meals with our winter coats on. Food was not good. Ordered the onion rings and all clumped together, bun on our burgers were mushy, bacon was flimsy, and the ketchup tasted off. Our server was great but the food unfortunately was not. Will not return.

This was clearing a staffing issue but no our typical Bru burger experience. 😥. It took 20 minutes to get drinks after we flagged down another waiter. Then our food took another hour.
