CDG restaurants are among my favorite and I love Bru Burger. However, I’ve been to this location twice and each time my burger has been bland. The service was fantastic and the ambience was great - but the burger just didn’t have any real flavor.
Went to celebrate Fathers Day and had a pretty bad experience. Our server kept making passive aggressive jokes, didn’t ask if we wanted drinks and we had to ask if there was even a drink menu, and our apps alone took over 30 minutes. Dads milkshake came out liquidy at first instead of thick. They weren’t busy at all and manager came to the table to apologize and said apps would be paid for but when the check came, they weren’t entirely covered. My parents drove two hours and my dad was so excited to eat here but unfortunatel... read more

We have been to Bruburger many times-both at the downtown location and Noblesville. This was the worst food experience we have had. The salad was not cold and the onion rings were very soggy. Even the burgers were just mediocre, which was unusual. Nothing to brag about.
Business response:
Kip, I am so sorry to hear about your visit. That definitely does not sound like our standards. I would like to make it up to you. I can send you a gift card for your next visit, or we can just take care of your food the next time you stop in. Please let me know what you would like to do. Rob Evans GM revans@crgdining.com
This is the first time back since the pandemic started and I would have to say I was disappointed. From the start the pretzels and cheese were outstanding as usual. However, the two salads were a disappointment which is unusual. The sriracha Caesar came out without the sriracha sauce and the salad was wilted and warm. It came out so fast it was clear it had probably been premade as the lettuce was not cool or crisp. The same could be said for the other salad as it warm, wilty, and unappetizing. The burgers came out and look ... read more

Just ok, 1 and done. Wouldn't go again
The sewer smell is getting worse ever time we visit. Really bad this visit hard to tolerate and enjoy your food. Don’t think we will be going back to this location for a while
My husband's & my burger were so soggy. Very underwhelming. I barely touched mine & ended up taking the patty home for my puppy. My patty was pink, even though I'd asked for medium-well. I've eaten in bru burger before & the food & service were decent. The food this time, Saturday Nov 16th, was not good.
Unfortunately, because we went after the lunch crowd, the waiter was anxious to finish his shift. We wanted to place an order to go right before we left. He asked us repeatedly for that order until we finally placed it .... then he gave us our check immediately. We finished our meal then visited awhile. I am sure that the “to go” meal was cold before it got eaten.
