Food was not good. Ordered the onion rings and all clumped together, bun on our burgers were mushy, bacon was flimsy, and the ketchup tasted off. Our server was great but the food unfortunately was not. Will not return.

This was clearing a staffing issue but no our typical Bru burger experience. 😥. It took 20 minutes to get drinks after we flagged down another waiter. Then our food took another hour.

Hamburger was room temperature. Restaurant was 1/3 full. So I don't know why food was not hot.

The food was great for the price. The service was lacking a bit. We never got checked on after receiving our meal, and never asked for refills. Even when our pop glasses were empty 1/2 way through our meal.

Table of 3. They brought out the wrong appetizer. A six top that came in after our table got their food before we did. When we got our food, they gave one persons entree to another table, so 2 people ate while one sat and waited for their food for 10 more minutes. They weren’t that busy to make this many mistakes. They did apologize and comp one entree. Will probably try again but not in a big hurry to go back.

I ordered the mushroom onion burger and maybe I misread it but I didn’t get any meat just a mushroom on a bun awful.
