Due to the popularity of pets as household companions, the hospital went through many changes to accommodate our clients' needs. As the horse stalls turned into exam rooms and the hay lofts turned into boarding facilities, we developed our practice to serve Buffalo's beloved dogs and cats.Ā

I have been using BSAH for 5 years now and have NEVER had a bad experience with them! ā¤ļø They cheerfully answer all my stupid questions, are very accommodating with my households schedule, and have great customer service. And with COVID, their "curbside" style of appointments are extremely efficient. I had a 2:40 appointment yesterday and my pup was done with her shots by 2:45!!Ā

The Staff is always friendly and great with our dog and 3 cats. The Veterinarians are patient and will take the time to answer our questions and address our concerns. The health and welfare of our pets is their top priority. Their Paw plans not only offer discounts but also help pet owners pay for surgeries and other large expenses over a year's time through automatic withdrawal from your bank account. They are always thorough when doing exams and they treat my fur baby as if she was theirs.Ā
I have been taking my cats there for years. The staff and Vet doctors are friendly. During visits they explain everything in detail. Iāve boarded my cats there for a long period of time and they took special care. I would recommend my friends and family to this Animal Hospital.Ā
