The staff and Doctor here took outstanding care of my puppy and made sure his first visit was very informative. They answered all my questions and even showed Tao lots of love!

I've been going to BSAH for many many years - My numerous dogs and cats have had top notch care and the Doctors and other support staff are the best. I've recommended the business to various friends and they love it too. Thank you BSAH for taking such good care of all my 4 legged kids...
Not at all happy with the grooming service at this clinic. What made me more upset about the situation is instead of taking into consideration that my dog looked like crap when I picked him up, they still wanted to charge me almost full price (50.00) for just the cut. No bath, nothing. I understand that they wanted to ensure my dog was safe as well as their staff considering my dog is not yet comfortable with his grooming, but instead of just stopping when my dog was giving them a hard time they decided to continue and send... read more
