RecommendedSat in waiting room 45 minutes. Luckily my dog is well behaved and friendly. And they don't take payments which is not very good customer service either. Every time I am there we see a different person. New tech and new vet. Revolving door. Sadly, I will probably find a new vet for my dog.

RecommendedI have been taking all of my pets to BSAH for years. Prior to our Bischon, we had a Shitz Tzu and two pit bull mixes. The services that we received has been phenomenal. Prior to COVID we have used bording as well. The customer service and the services are wonderful. I have never been disappointed.
My first experience with grooming asked for face to be cu close... face cut too close, several cut open areas on his face... should know being a groomer how close is enough without open areas...not pleased with the work 😔...also have pictures if u would like to view!

What's on my mind? Well most people know my dog Sapphire. Yesterday Sapphire split her foot open. I get a workmans comp check Thursday but Sapphire split her foot open yesterday. So this place Buffalo Small Animal Hospital who we have taken her 2 for 21/2 years. Always paid cash. And she was sick when we brought her in. They misdiagnosed her 2 different times. We also discussed that she wasn't misdiagnosed in the past. We aren't sure about the paw prints referral as they aren't a veterinarian. we wish you and Sapphire the best in the future.
Buffalo Small Animal Hospital swindled $130 from my wife today for services previously paid for under the puppy plan. After I called and tried to reason with them they refused to refund the money. Hopefully they treat the animals with more respect than the customers who bring them in. I do not recommend their services. Feel free to message me if you would like other recommendations for local vets. I will remove this post if they agree to refund my wife.

It's a very misleading characterization to accuse someone of stealing, especially when requested services are rendered and we were completely transparent. You and your wife were informed repeatedly that plan services would end when they did, and were offered a grace period to re-enroll without an additional membership fee. PAW plans are legal contracts that we abide by and we cannot just change them on a whim.
