Buffalo Small Animal Hospital opened its doors over 100 years ago to provide affordable, high-quality healthcare and advice for our city's animals. Due to the popularity of pets as household companions, the hospital went through many changes to accommodate our clients' needs. As the horse stalls turned into exam rooms and the hay lofts turned into boarding facilities, we developed our practice to serve Buffalo's beloved dogs and cats.

Sat in waiting room 45 minutes. Luckily my dog is well behaved and friendly. And they don't take payments which is not very good customer service either. Every time I am there we see a different person. New tech and new vet. Revolving door. Sadly, I will probably find a new vet for my dog.
Staff attitude needs improvement
I have been taking all of my pets to BSAH for years. Prior to our Bischon, we had a Shitz Tzu and two pit bull mixes. The services that we received has been phenomenal. Prior to COVID we have used bording as well. The customer service and the services are wonderful. I have never been disappointed.
My first experience with grooming asked for face to be cu close... face cut too close, several cut open areas on his face... should know being a groomer how close is enough without open areas...not pleased with the work 😔...also have pictures if u would like to view!
