My server was not attentive at all our food came out it was dropped off with no where to put our bones for the wings and that was never brought to the table. The manger stopped by and I just asked for napkins she was paying attention to another table rather than us and honestly did not enjoy the service here next time I will sit at the bar.
too loud - music wise-- type of "Music- if u call it that was very bad - - plus very cold a/c on too much---plus wings were not done enough never going back - save your money go elsewhere---
I love this restaurant, it's very convenient to home... but 9/10 times I go I get the worst service. For instance, last night I went in with my little sister for 1/2 priced apps.... we asked for sour cream and it was never brought to us until the very end of our meal... I told the waiter I needed a to go order, and he never came back. I actually had to call and place my order TOGO while sitting in booth 90.... being a server myself I just think it's absolutely ridiculous..
With all the choices these days it is difficult to find a place the whole family agrees on. So when the kids choose Buffalo Wild Wings. (even if their attraction is to the iPad like device) I was extremely excited. That quickly faded. After looking at the menu for a beer choice I asked the waiter if there were any other beer selections not on the main menu, he said no. (I later found that was not correct) anyway, I asked who made the Nitro IPA. He answered "IPA" was the company who made it. *sigh* fast forward to dinner, we... read more
Service was slow but the wings were good, as well as the cheese curd burger. Other than the service it was a great place to grab something to eat
Wings came out mushy and onion rings where barely warm. Manager took everything off the bill.
