Went there with 6 adults and 7 kids.. Said wait was 1hr 1/2 . Waited 2 hrs . They kept seating people of 6 and 8 who came after us.. Spoke with manager and asked how can you keep us waiting .kids are hungry and they said another hour and a half. Horrible seevice .
Very disappointed with the service. Waitress forgot our appetizers so brought them to our table with our main course. I asked her to bring back our main course later on and ignored me. The table was way to tight for all the dishes. Not to happy.
We have visited many BWW before and have always had a good experience, however, we are completed disappointed with this one. Not that the food wasn't good, but the service we received left a lot to desire. The girl that delivered our food knocked over a glass of iced tea and completely poured it all over my husband; He was soaked from head to toe. I called to order pick-up and asked about a fish taco for my son who does not eat chicken or meat. The call taker was very nice and asked a manager if they could substitute shrimp into their street tacos. I was told no problem. I called back to place my order and was told they could do no shrimp substitution. Spoke to the manager who confirmed that they won't substitute only chicken or pork. Very nasty manager.
