Waited over an hour for a To Go order!!! Placed an online order at 3:40 and still waiting for it at 5:05 ��� Are You Friggen Kidding Me?!!!!
Waited over 20 minutes at the table. Never had a server even come to our table. Saw multiple servers go to the tables around us. We went up to the front asking when we would see a server and were told one will be right there. I have 2 little kids and waiting 30 minutes to even have someone come to the table was ridiculous. Whenever we tried to get someones Atten they just put there heads down and walked away like they couldn't see us. We got up from our table and walked out without ever seeing a server. Service was OK. For a place that focuses on wings, THEY SUCK!!! Stringy hard undercooked wings that look disgusting after you bite into them Been there two times, The first time the wings were hard and cold Gave them a second chance, I was scared I was going to get sick from what the wings looked like. I'll never go back there again Good Bye BWW.
If I could rate less then one star I would. They do not accept out of state ID's. There have been multiple people denied for not having a NJ ID cards. The management needs to undergo additional training on identification. Business loss for them but the Buffalo Wild Wings in Iselin, NJ has great service and will accept out of state ID's for anyone who is having issues like us.
The service is awful. The place is dirty and loud. The fits is not worth the money.
So I wrote a long post which appears to have been taken down. My husband went to buy a gift card, gave them his credit card, and was asked for license for ID. Not a problem. Turns out manager makes a copy of his credit card and license and faxes both to some main office! All without telling him. Manager says they have alot of fraud. Really I wonder why. My daughters and I visited BWW for the first time, it was spur of the moment. We realized they were open late so we decided to go. The service wasn't great, I couldn't even keep up with who our server actually was because we had like 3, I'm guessing our first server moved to a different section or something and then we got a guy and he was a little rude. They have some work to do! Wasn't impressed! Not worth the wait IMO...
Me and some friends sat at the bar. Due to this location being new. There's always a rush and a crowd. Due to this. Service is very sloppy. Bar was wet and messy and bartender seemed over worked.
