Place is tiny compared to others we have been to....a major downer ...they allow small children to belly up to the bar....when my husband and I go out to rat without the children we sit at the bar so we are not bothered by other peoples children who may be unruly and loud...they simply do not belong sitting where alcohol is specifically the focus....hence BAR.....but other than that service was great wings were yummy.....change your rule and we will be back again and again....i have no problem with kids sitting at high top t... read more

Great times btw HOWEVER when the bill came I asked the waitress to put $50 on my card/ $50 on my friends - balance from cash and rest is ur tip! WELL THIS PLACE IS HOLDING A SCAM AND PRAYING ON PEOPLE DO NOT CHECK THEIR BILLS. I knew they just opened so I gave them a few weeks to get it together, we'll there were only 6 ppl at the bar and still had to get the bartenders attn ordered a cosmo extra light pink and cold came back ruby red tasting like red sour mix. So I changed to beer with like 3 inch of head on it, so I ordered them with no head. Use too much salt on their fries. Our second trip here and it's the same as the first. The server didn't even take everyone's order and left us holding the menus at the table. I had to go find her to finish ordering. When everything came it was all bone in wings instead of boneless and she stared at her order and me like it was my mistake. Then asked what we wanted to do... obviously I want what I ordered! I know it's a new restaurant but it's not a new franchise, they need to get it together. Oh, and the bathroom is completely filthy.
The service was okay the wings have a lot of meat
Bartenders are not paying attention to customers 4 bartenders talking in the back of the bar waited 5 to 10 minutes to get a beer even through the night every bartender walked by my empty glass hopefully they will get better. I will go back the food is great. Great tv's
Called up for a pick up and was told it would take an hour and a half! It would be faster to just drive down to Eatontown. This location needs some retraining.
I've been to BWW before and they have been consistently mediocre. This place actually had decent wings. Meaty, not quite enough sauce, and slightly overcooked, but not awful. My wife had a burger and it also was just ok. Odd policy they have on burger preparation. You get to choose medium well or well done, which translates to slightly overcooked to very overcooked. The trouble here is it is insanely expensive. My wife's $10.50 burger tasted frozen. She wanted to get a salad but the salads cost more than the burger! I got 15... read more
Wasn't really impressed at all. Long wait for mediocre service and poor food. The food wasn't fresh or hot. I will not be returning.
