If I could give below one star I would. I have gone to so many Buffalo Wild Wings before and this one blew. Wings not covered in sauce..not ok. Ask people things that are not their business. So gross. Should be out of my town. Gross. So many better places around here.

Good food. But you have to wait awhile, service is horrendous. I waited an hour for an order of fries. Lol

I had a family member come to bww after a my daughters basketball game,she has a very severe allergy to gluten. She gets very ill and has spent the day and night in the hospital before from a simply cross contamination. bww offers a gluten free menu when we ordered her wings thank God she checked because there was a boneless wing in her order. NOT GOOD. I have worked in restaurants for 20 years I get it it can get busy but when your guest get hurt because of careless cooks,servers they will not come back. Please for the sake... read more

loooong waits everytime. food not worth that kind of wait. frozen food is about the same. also stupid loud inside. have to scream at each other just to talk. not great. not horrible. save your $$
I went with my husband. Our appetizer took far to long to come out then, almost immediately, our dinner of boneless wings and fries came out even though we ordered them about 15 minutes after ordering the appetizer. The wings and fries were cold and we sent them back. Then it took 30 minutes to get our replacement wings. It just became a very long dinner. The manager did come over and asked us about our experience and was very apologetic. It's not like I'll never go back but it's pretty expensive and just ok.
The service was so horrible. Waited way too long for food and drinks

Quick note: I like the wings and the food here. But the service is horrible. The waitress was almost never available. We talked to a manager twice and he was attentive and understanding. Better off ordering To-Go.
