service was not good. Food was just ok. I feel it needs better management.
I’ve had better. Had a burger. They only cook it medium/well. Far to over cooked for my taste and made it to be very dry. Wings weren’t bad but once I’ve had better. RED ROBIN, QUAKER STEAK and even ZIN BURGER are all much better suggestions. It was our first visit. I don’t see any reason to return.
Food was ok. Pretty bland. They had a lemon salad dressing for the salad that was disgusting. Not impressed at all. Service was excellent though.
Server was great but second time at this location issues getting food out in a timely matter and correctly. Over 1 hour to get food and missing orders. One person did not get there wings until after everyone was done eating. Poorly run location
The service sucked and with the prices your not getting a deal on the food!
My friend and I came here and waited 20 minutes until a server finally came up to us for our drink order. Not only did it take her 20 minutes, but she attended to everyone else around us except us. Then it took at least 40 minutes for our food to come, to which our waitress actually came up to ask and asked if we ordered yet. Duh you took our order!! Waited for a solid 30 minutes before some one came to take our order. Then waited for our drinks for 10 minutes and she finally put in our food order. Then waited another 30-35 minutes to get our food. And on top of it all, it came out wrong and we had to wait AGAIN for our food to come out correctly. No one came to apologize or explain why they were so slow/understaffed. And no one offered to discount our dinner.
