My friend and I had the WORST experience at this location last night. It took them 25 mins to get our drinks ( which were non-alcoholic) and almost an hour for our food ( which clearly was dying in the window for over 20 minutes) to be delivered. It was not crowded or busy, yet I watched (alcoholic) drinks be delivered to a table that was sat after we were. Our server never checked up on us and gave excuses that there was only one bartender ( we didn't order alcohol!!) , and never brought silverware or asked if we needed any... read more
Worst Service Ever...Been Waiting 15 Minutes For A Ice Cream & 2 Others Waited For There Food For 35 Minutes Smh
On hold for take out order 13 mins. When I discussed with the mgr if he thought that was acceptable, he said "yes"... Nice training BWW.
Very bad service all around! We had many bad situations when we were up there every time we go, its the same problem and even the manager untrained and unprofessional. Their staff should make sure to complete some type of training before they work in a restaurant. Can't believe this place actually open and that people still keep going there. I could only wish that Undercover Boss should go into the establishment and shut it down

I have made a mistake it turns... I have never been to this one to even judge it, I only hear great things about it and wish it a very happy business... I am sorry about the mix up. I was a jerk for not writing the correct comment on the correct page... I thought it was a chain but it's not it's just one restaurant/sports bar.. went to a different one right after a funeral last week and wasn't treated good but it's not there fault at all, its 100% my fault... sorry again, 5 stars for all the comments of which my friends brag... read more
