the servers here are a compete joke. The dirty looks and customer service sucks. I will not come unless JJ is here. He is the BEST sever . Management sucks unless it's Riccardo management can care less about a customers experience . Any who when you come in ask for JJ! If it weren't for him my experience would have been my first and last! JJ is the only reason why I am rating a 4.
I visited this location last night (10/21/16) and I was totally shocked at the horrible service I encountered while dining at BWW never before have I had such bad service. I walked in and their where 3 people standing at the host stand and another family ahead of me waiting to be seated when their was plenty of seats available. Once I was seated the waitress came over for my drink order I was waiting on my friend to arrive. Roaches around the food, disgusting place to go back, the mannager needs to do a bug control fast, I used to love the place , the food but I won't forget this experience.
Service SUCKS ,. Waitress and host are rude. I've never been back.
Very disrespectful with consumers. I went there to watch UFC with friends tonight and they had a very loud music and the volume kept going up to a point we could barely talk. They did not had the audio for the main fights (like all BWW's I've been to do) and the worst thing was when I asked our waitress if she could turn the volume down a bit and she laughed and said "actually we're not supposed to say this but they keep it loud so people will go away because we close at 12!" Great place to go it has good management, not like the B W W in Bridgewater NJ. Went to BWW in Bridgewater on Sunday May 24 2015 they had a Very slim selection of beer. No Coors Light, Bud Light, Millet Light, draft or bottles. Half of their draft beers were out. Very slow service by their staff. I did survey and manager called back, told him problems he really didn't care much, said he would send a certificate for dinner for bad experience and Never sent it. Go to the one in Watchung they are Great over their.
The staff needs to be replaced. The service can be horrible.
Never waited so long just to get drinks. Not that busy seems they are waiting on who ever they choose. There will be not tip and will never return
Bridgewater is way better then watchung. Horrible service from start to finish. Waitress sucks
