The service was atrocious, start to finish. The food was good, however they were "running low on wings", so we received smaller portions and still had to pay full price. I used to love coming here, but it's gone downhill over the years. Don't think I'll be returning.
It was packed cuz floyd and mcgregor fight couldnt get a seat but i wasnt going 4or5 hrs before fight bump that buffalo wings was salty as hell high blood pressure shit�����
The food was just okay, I was expecting better but it was generally on par with chain restaurants of this type. The service, however, was abysmal! The entire wait staff seemed very disinterested and not not attentive to their patrons, I understand it's not an easy job but I do expect an employee to smile and also to be asked at least once if anyone needs anything or how the food is and we were only a table of two dining on a Sunday night after 9pm when the restaurant was basically empty. Service was horrible, food was dried out had to send it back, wait again. By than I was ready to leave
Never had bad fries. Usually busy but it's a sports bar.
Let my four year old pick the place he wanted to go for his birthday dinner, he chose Buffalo Wild Wings because we went there for his big brothers birthday. When I asked them to sing happy birthday I was told sorry we don't do that anymore. I was nice to the waitress because I saw her ask the manager and was told NO. Just left there with a hysterically crying four year old because they didn't sing to him! I thought it was really mean, and will not be returning to your restaurant.
I think when there pack like football season they serve you anything. Or maybe its the fact they to busy they leave your food under tht light or wht and it dried out but anyways wht you expect from fastfood
My server didn't pay attention to anything we asked him for. I understand it's busy but finish a task before you start another one. He then brought me someone else's bill and didn't even realize anything was wrong. My first time there and I wasn't impressive at all, lots of better places to watch games and eat.
Very bad service!!! They charge twice a kid menu that was supposed to be free, when I told the waitress she change but not drinks. Every time we want something we have to go out of table and ask her. Not coming back at this location.
