I just had a 3 ton Trane central air conditioner installed in my house. At first the install was delayed two weeks because of a supply issue. Unfortunately this was due to a heat wave. Burke was wonderful. They gave us a portable room air conditioner on loan until the install was completed. The install went smoothly and took 4 days. The installers did a wonderful job. They kept us informed and answered all our questions. I am totally satisfied.

You can buy oil from a lot of companies, but you can't get sales help and responsiveness from people like Michael Carpenter and experienced on site technical support like Jimmy Bryant unless you are are a Burke Energy customer. Big thanks to these consummate professionals. Really appreciative of their help. Tom James
