This time Burke performed as they should. I was not on hold long, a competent service man arrived in a timely fashion and got our heat back on.

My experience with Burke yesterday was exceptional and that is not due to Burke directly. The technician that arrived has been here in the past and he is beyond a remarkable employee! He assesses the issue methodically, quickly and explains what the issue is with extreme clarity. He is polite, understanding and a joy to be around outside of the task at hand. If the technician worked for me, I would hold on to him at all costs!
