Annual end-of-heating-season service: Had a new technician this year, and about 20 minutes later, a field supervisor joined us. Besides the usual check/clean/measure tune-up, the tech also replaced a degraded gasket, before it could fail and become an issue. A service contract isn't cheap, but they've kept the system in great shape for 17 years, the only call for a minor issue that they promptly remedied.
