Had a leak by the boiler and Burke came at an agreed upon time. Tyler assessed the situation and did not see anything from the boiler causing the water so moved a pipe and put a drop pan down. Asked us to call again if water filled up. It did and we called back and Shannon did a great job in keeping me on the line while trying to get a tech rescheduled. Tyler came back, fixed the problem and we were back to normal. We were very pleased with how both handled the situation!

A technician was at my house within twenty minutes of calling. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and had the system up and running in half an hour. Well done!!! This is why I’m a Burke only customer!!!

My AC was not working. The technician was amazing. He quickly found the problem. He was polite,, knowledgable and didn't mind sweating in my attic on a day that was in the 90s. He explained the problem and promptly fixed it. Thank you Burke
