We converted our house from oil to propane in order to fuel a generator. This involved removing an underground oil tank as well as replacing our 30 year old furnace with a new one. Burke Energy was chosen because two of their competitors could not effectively create a plan for the changes and send it in a cohesive manner within a reasonable time. Had a leak by the boiler and Burke came at an agreed upon time. Tyler assessed the situation and did not see anything from the boiler causing the water so moved a pipe and put a drop pan down. Asked us to call again if water filled up. It did and we called back and Shannon did a great job in keeping me on the line while trying to get a tech rescheduled. Tyler came back, fixed the problem and we were back to normal. We were very pleased with how both handled the situation!
