My furnace went out and woke up to a 50 degree house with outside being in the 20's. I called Burke's 24 hour service line at 7AM and no one picked up but I was able to leave a message. Not having heard back after an hour, I decided to call their Sales Dept line and someone picked up and got the service call rolling. While I was frustrated that Burke failed to deliver oil in a timely manner and I ran out as a result, the service professional who helped me on the phone as well as the person who came on a Saturday night to deliver oil and restart the burner were both excellent in all respects. Highly competent, friendly and identified and solved the issue quickly. Refreshing and really appreciated to experience service quality this high.
Technician was professional, knowledgeable, and personable, knowing exactly what was required to fix our heating problem.

Just had a boiler installed. The guys were great and got it done in one day. Only problem is I DON'T HAVE HOT water. I called for someone to help and I'm told I may have to wait until midnight to see a service tech. Four star installation but one star service. Still no call back or hot shower.
We converted our house from oil to propane in order to fuel a generator. This involved removing an underground oil tank as well as replacing our 30 year old furnace with a new one. Burke Energy was chosen because two of their competitors could not effectively create a plan for the changes and send it in a cohesive manner within a reasonable time.
