I booked my heater tune up appointment months ahead of time because I know they always get book early. The day comes, I went to work and rest of my family is home. The guy came and my husband opened the door too late the guys left. I got a voicemail saying he was waiting by the door and no one answered. I quickly called them back. The customer service was very nice, I explained what happened, he contacted the guy and he said the guy will be back in 20 minutes. I was so happy that I don’t have to reschedule!
