Very pleased with emergency service call. Serviceman was professional & knowledgeable....problem was fixed. Only problem was I was told I would get a CALL when the serviceman was 15-20 minutes away; I did not get any call, he just showed up at the front door. I later discovered I was sent an e-mail when he was on the way, which I would have checked if I had been told notification would be that way.
