We have had to extend our tickets twice due to Covid and other medical emergencies. Cost $500 each time, but we still have the tickets and we're told we now have until Dec 31, 2023 to use them but can only use them internationally and not for travel to north or South America which would have been our first choice. Definitely worth booking through them, although you do need to check for yourself as well. At least once the airfare online was cheaper as I included a stopover from the ** to Europe.
