This is the first time using this company and I have not flown yet so I will have to see if everything goes smoothly.But I will say that my agent Eva T was amazing. She worked very hard to get me what I wanted and sent me many options. She also sent me a detailed report on the different airlines and kept working through the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.When my credit card was charged it went to the airline which gives added piece of mind.
