For the first time I have used online flight booking, where in the past I always used a travel agent. At first I was skeptical about using a service not known to me. To my surprise the agent was very patient, helpful, and responsive. He kept emailing me different itineraries to choose from, and at the end I really did get the best price offered..I would recommend business-class.com. Process was complex and while agent was helpful and confirmed a flight that met our requirements, the next day he told me it was not available as the price had gone up substantially. Said it was the fault of the airline. Finally after many hours I got a replacement but not nearly as good an itinerary. So not a great experience although agent was honest I believe.
