Had a very swift and no-hassle experience booking my business class trip to visit family recently. I appreciated the transparency in price from the beginning unlike other companies adding the additional fees as you kept clicking along to the final booking step. Pending that all goes well in our upcoming trip, I will be using them again!

This was my first booking with Business Travel Group. I was not sure if they are good or even real. However to my surprise, I found them to very good and reliable. **** is the person who helped with booking and he did a very good job and did comply with flights I wanted. He also booked my seats and special meal.Professional in all aspect. I will book again through Business Travel Group.

****** went above and beyond to book us a US ******************************* class flight. He checked out multiple options per my request and got back to me at requested times. A glitch occurred in the booking and he immediately took charge and corrected the problem. First time booking with Business Class. Will update in 4-5 months when we commence & finish the trip.

Ask for Alpha when dealing with with an Agent she is amazing. My flights were canceled twice and Alpha went beyond whats expected and even worked on her day off to get me situated

The associate, with whom I worked, is patient and informative about the process & the information she was able to give me. She is clear about the financial end of things (price, insurance, & payment methods) & was patient with me as I put her on hold so I could find my passport.
