What a wonderful, caring place. They were so compassionate on the passing of out cat Angel today. She had been in the hospital several days and it became clear she was not going to get any better. They told us this straight out and allowed my wife and I see her several times today and spend as much time with her as we wanted. When we made the decision to put her down, they were very compassionate and understanding and allowed us to hold her when she passed and to express our grief. We can't thank you enough. Everyone who worked the other night was AMAZING taking care of my sick and very unhappy dog! They were so kind to me, even though I showed up, not knowing I should’ve made an appointment! The doctor was very thorough and communicated so well the whole time. I am very grateful for everything!
We cant thank BVA for being so wonderful during this time. Dr. Allen and the staff could not have been nicer during this unfortunate situation with our fur baby, Gilly. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Got in immediately and they quickly treated our dog- everyone was sweet and kind!
Had an emergency visit for my sweet little dog this evening- out of 15 vets we called, Dr. Palumbo was the only one willing to see my Bentley. The staff was so wonderful with him, and Dr. Palumbo was great about talking me through everything they did and could do in order to take care of him and in providing me cost effective options. I now know who to call if there would ever be another emergency with any of my boys!
I feel confident taking my dog to get checkups. They have always been good in an emergency and explain everything to me very well. They take their time and help a person weigh options for the best treatment. I like how they have their areas setup for when a pet passes away. They know how to empathize when a pet passes to help the pet and the family through the situation. After we were with them for a while they knew my boy by name when we came in to the office. I reccomend them on all levels.
