RecommendedI called Saturday morning due to concerns with our Standard Poodle. Butler Veterinary Associates were able to see her in one hour...the length of time it would take us to travel there. From the person I spoke to on the initial call, to the front office personnel, the vet tech (Cassie) and Dr. Kennedy, I was treated with such a caring attitude. Willa was loved on by all and made her comfortable. I am so thankful to all the staff at BVA for taking care of our precious pup.
We are not from Butler but they agreed to see our cat, Henry, during an emergency situation. They were very knowledgeable and kind. We will forever be grateful!
my family and I had to unfortunately put our dog of 13+ years to sleep yesterday (Sunday, April 10th). we were worried that we wouldn’t find anywhere to fit us in (especially on a Sunday!), but Butler Veterinary Associates was readily available. the process was extremely difficult, but they went the extra mile to make us as comfortable as possible. likewise, they treated our dog with the gentle care and respect that she needed. My puppers fell down the steps on Saturday, and was limping around. Come Saturday morning he was having difficulty walking. I called at 8:30, and they had me bring him in an hour later for treatment. Unfortunately Astro took a turn for the worse over the next 24 hours and I had to make the tough decision to let him go. Again I called at 8am and they were able to see him within 2 hours. Everybody was so warm and comforting and I’m so grateful they made my buddy pass in comfort. Thank you for everything!

We had an emergency visit just before closing with our Parson Russell for gastrointestinal upset.. he had vomited and was in obvious discomfort.. they got us in right away and checked him over did X-ray and bloodwork and gave him pain medication and antibiotic.. He is feeling much better today. Kind , compassionate and caring staff! So thankful to have an emergency vet with later business hours so close.
I can’t say enough about Butler Vet Associates. The Vets are outstanding, caring and spend time explaining what is going on. The Vet assistants are so pleasant and welcoming!
