We took our "DIVA" to BVA for an emergency visit as she could not walk on her hind legs. From the phone call to the time we left we felt that we had excellent experience with everyone. Our baby went from not walking to thinking that she is super dog within hours. I know from dealing with "people" that not everyone will be happy with what is said or done. Veterinary doctors and vet techs are not God. I thank all who were involved with our visit. We will return.

This is an amazing place. The staff were so caring and compassionate. Not every emergency has a good outcome. Treatment scenarios were explained and questions were answered. My fur baby "Ubu" was well taken care of.
