Haven't had any problems until I took multiple cats in to get checked on Sat. One of my fluffiest kittens was taken to the back for his shots and when he came back his wiskers had been cut off and the fur around his neck had been cut. He had all his fur and wiskers when he was taken in. I'm unhappy with whomever did this and then it was denied that it was done.
They were extremely kind to me at a very difficult time.
My Bodacious (BoKitty) is such a handful. They are very patient and they take very good care of my furbaby. Anytime she is sick, this is where we come for care.
My boy diesel was hit by a car and they did everything they could to help him.Thank you for taking care of my boy.We know he has a long road but thanks to you guys he is still with us.
I would like to thank the staff and the doctors at Butler Veterinary Association for letting me come in and job shadow today. Your staff is very nice and they did a great job at explaining the things they where doing while I was here. Also a big thank you to the doctors for letting me sit in on some surgery today as well and explaining the different things that they where doing.
