I know that being an emergency vet u see alot of 4 legged children die and probably has made u callous as heck and that seems to be quite apparently with the way you handled The Dude. Maybe u didn't want to be at work due to the weather being bad or hate orange kitties. However this place needs to refund Jf Richard at least 65% of what he paid because you didn't do much for the 4 legged child. The staff was awesome with our brand new husky puppy! Everyone had to take a turn at spoiling her! They are all wonderful!!!!! Thank you so much for loving your jobs!
If zero stars was an option, that would be my choice. I have tried to build up the strength to tell my story and I think I am ready. I brought my 1.5 year old husky in a few weeks back following Being struck by a car. I was hysterical, that was my baby. All that was said to me upon arrival was "if he goes into cardiac arrest, would you like us to revive him?" After what felt like hours, the vet came in for permission to run tests. Butler Veterinary Associates was so good to me, my fiance, and our furrbaby. Unfortunately we had to have our sweet girl put to down due to health issues that came after being hit by a car but Butler Associates were so patient with us in our time of confusion, worries, and the emotions that came after the choice of knowing we couldn't save our sweet sweet girl.
