I wish to thank Dr. Kennedy and the entire staff at Butler Veterinary..I Lost my beloved pet of 13 years this week....And the staff there was wonderful, Caring, and professional

I would give zero stars if I could! I called at 11:30 pm last night (July 21st) with a dire emergency with my cat Babygirl,but you just refused to see her because you just HAD to close at midnight,even though I begged and pleaded and said I would pay you whatever it took,just to stay open a little longer and see my baby...she is gone now! I hope you are proud of your strict adherence to you closing time,and total lack of compassion for someone begging for your help!

I recently had to bring my mini doxy in for an emergency. She had been mauled by another dog. They immediately took her back and began to take care of my girl. Unfortunately, Ginny could not be saved. The staff there were so companionate, making her comfortable, taking me back to be with her at the end. Then again when I picked up her ashes and beautiful paw print impression they made for me.
