I have had many dogs, and all my Australian shepherd have been cared for by these vets, for 16 years. They are caring and thorough. That bad referral from the dude is not the vets I know.

Having been a manager of a Veterinary office run by the VCA corporation I was more than impressed and satisfied with the emergency evaluation of my cat a year ago and with my visit yesterday with my Dog ! They are compassionate, through, and don't try to "sell additional " procedures/products. I have seen first hand the tremendous stress and responsibility all staff from kennel workers, techs, receptionist, and doctors experience in this field. Bless them all.

Butler Vet went above and beyond for my family! I had used them in the past and was satisfied even then! Last week I finally made the decision ( well honestly I think she made it for me) to take my 14 year old CC to get PTS. It is def one of the hardest things I have had to do. As most pet owners can claim, she had been the only friend I had sometimes and comforted me with her purrs. A woman brought her injured cat to Butler. A good Samaritan (Saint) paid $ up front -over $700 - for treatment. Apparently they took some xrays, and concluded they couldn't find anything wrong. The good Samaritan got up at 2:39 and met the owner half way - 226 miles - got Dude and drove back home to take Dude to his vet. Dude 's fermur was out of joint, several small fractures and a strictured urethra that needed immediate attention and subsequent surgery. Butler made some grave errors that could have cost Dude his life... read more

Would give a zero if I could. I live very far from this vet (thank god) but the news has travelled the world that you refused to help the Dude due to financial constraints. Shame on all of you. Luckily he's in the arms of love now.
