We have done business with Brazos Valley for the last 20 years. They give exemplary service. We have a contract with them for maintenance and have bought HVAC from them and had them serviced. They respond quickly to any request often within a few hours. I can’t imagine having a better experience with an HVAC business. Their service representatives are professional, clean and explain everything thoroughly.

**** was great and very knowledgeable. He did everything he could to get us qualified but at this time we couldn’t. So he set up a technician to come out and diagnose the problem with our AC. *****was the technician and right away he saw the problem. He was amazing. He fixed it and was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Thank you very much
