Christopher checked out my ac system. Turned out that the batteries in the thermostat were bad. Easy fix! System OK!
We were looking to replace our entire a/c and heating system and Christopher was excellent in explaining our options and suggesting things we had not thought about. He came out one evening, and by 8 am the next morning the crew was there and working hard. Totally done before 5 pm and walked us through the new thermostat. A wonderful experience from start to finish!
Christopher does a great job servicing our AC and heating units every year. He is very thorough, and thoughtful. I really like him and because of his excellent service and friendly nature, I would recommend anyone looking for a really good AC/Heating company, to call Brazos Valley Heating and Air Conditioning Company.

After technician came out he informed me my compressor was dead and we would need new unit. They sent out salesman and he quoted 17,000 for new unit. I had a second company come out and in less than 30 minutes the unit was fixed $200 all it needed was new capacitor. I lost all trust in this company!
