Jennifer in the office was patient with me and adjusted the time, the technician was absolutely on time which helped my schedule so so much! He was courteous, put booties over his shoes and went straight to work.

Christopher arrived on time and advised us of the condition of the furnace and an estimate of the options available to replace the furnace if we decide to replace it. Christopher was honest and I felt comfortable he was concerned with making sure we were knowledgeable of the situation.

Vu **** is an excellent Technician. Took his time and did a thorough job . Hope he is same Technician for our winter check up . We will recommend him and BVS anytime . He also had a trainee with him who as very nice and helpful .
