Christopher came at my request to evaluate my 12 YO HVAC system which I knew needed an evaporator coil replacement. He gave me several good alternatives to consider. They have an impressive array of systems and programs. He is a pleasant, polite and professional sales representative who is quite knowledgeable in every aspect of home cooling and heating. Very knowledgeable and polite. He was able to fix the issue very quick.
Christopher (technician) came out the following week to do our walk through after our new air conditioner unit was installed. He was able to take care of some minor paperwork issues for us. Again, I highly recommend Christopher, Nico (installer) & Theresa in dispatch too. Everyone was so very polite. It was a pleasure working with them all.

Came the day after hurricane on July 9th. Inspected but could not do anything untill the tree was off my home and our power was back on. . Daniel is polite, appeared very knowledgeable and efficient. Service required a whole crew to repair part of the AC. Once power on BVS had to order parts but BVS did provide window units untill it was.
