Came the day after hurricane on July 9th. Inspected but could not do anything untill the tree was off my home and our power was back on. . Daniel is polite, appeared very knowledgeable and efficient. Service required a whole crew to repair part of the AC. Once power on BVS had to order parts but BVS did provide window units untill it was. Great company. They do what they say they will do. The Technicians are prompt, efficient and courteous.
My wife and I have been clients of Brazos Valley Services for over 20 years, and they have always been very friendly and professional. We are currently vacationing in Kentucky, and when our son called this afternoon to tell us about the air conditioning not cooling, we called them, and within 2 hours, our good friend Brad Bryson had it running, and cooling our house! Thank you, Brad and Brazos Valley Services, for always providing excellent and caring service to us.
Love the BVS team for all AC maintenance and repair! They really take care of it all. We had to get a new unit a month ago and wouldn’t consider using anyone else. Our tech, Eric, was really good today and we will ask for him again.

Service was Outstanding! Able to get an appointment right away because my AC was not working. Even though the repair techs were booked, tech that diagnosed issue arranged for the repair to take place within days. In the meantime, they let us use a window unit so we could at least have AC in main our bedroom FREE OF CHARGE!
