Coincidentally we were scheduled for our generator startup the next day and needed “soft start “ equipment added to our HVACs. **had them on uneven truck and installed them after our regular maintenance. BVS has been a solid company to work with. Owners ******& *****run a stellar business.

We had an issue with our heating unit not starting up this past Friday. Called and scheduled an appt with Nicole who was very pleasant and understanding. Trent the service tech arrived on time and got right to work. He looked over the entire unit but could not recreate the same issue we encounter on Friday.
