I have been with cactus credit for more then 3 moths. I made all the payments as they requested me to do so they can deal with my credit counseling and others things. This company took my money around more than 600 dollars from my Account. They made me signed the paperwork and they just went away without anything done regarding my credit, they just went off. Filed for credit relief program...they took just over $260 from me....I've been putting off creditors like they told me too...now they shut down all forms of communication....no phone numbers work....website dosnt work...and I have creditors coming after me...now I'm screwed because of what they did
I have been trying to contact them as I have been with them for awhile now. The number is not in service the website is gone. I have paid everytime and just gone. Cant email its gone and no other information to contact. This is frustrating as I believed I was getting help and I will be going and stopping all payments to this company if I get no response and contact. This is frustrating not only for me but Im sure many others.
