Had talked to this company about a loan and quickly turned into a consumer purposal. When i decided not to go through with it i emailed them to cancel my services and got an email back that someone would call me shortly. I waited half a week and noone called. So i called them and behold, number is out of service and every email i tryed was sent back and could not be found. When i ****** cactus credit it says permanently closed
After many emails and stress with incompetent staff. They gladly will take your money and provide you with nothing! I have been promised a payout of everything I paid out in 3 to 5 weeks!! If I could leave no star I would Ive been paying them for 3 months they took over *************************************************************** to defer all my payments for my personal loans and credit cards for 1 month because thats supposed to be how long it takes to get through all 3 stages till they take over your debit it took me 3 months worth of hard struggling for me to realize they are scams any credit person is suppose to help you not put you in more debit Im hoping I get my money back but its a long shot
I received a text message from someone claiming to be a senior advisor for Cactus Credit. I asked how they got my phone number, their reply was "oh you sent an enquiry a while back". I don't remember sending any inquiry a while back. Didn't tell me exactly when, just "a while back". Could not longer afford high monthly payments. I called them to cancel. The person I spoke to was very rude and argumentative. Tried to tell me that I can stay intolled and that they will offer payment plans. He became angry when I said no I want to cancel all together. After a few minutes he finally agreed to cancel.
Stay very far away from Cactus credit High pressure tactics to digitally sign an agreement. Claims to use banking access for identity purposes only. Made an unauthorized withdrawal a couple of months after declining agreement
This company is a joke! They pray on people with not many choices! They reached out to offer so called service. After speaking to someone by name of ***** who seemed to somewhat have knowledge of their services transfered me to "higher manager" that sounded high. They didn't have a clue of what they were talking about. Kept repeating words several time over and over, only to tell me that my credit is bad and they will work for me to have my credit sorted. Oh, this company called you about a financial loan. They ask you for a piece of ID the front page only and they ask you for either a void check or direct deposit then they proceed to tell you that your credit is not good enough you have to get your score up some and how you can do that is through a program that they have That cost $499 so I told them that you know I wasnt interested in that I didnt have that kind of money and they kept on and on and I kept saying no. At first, I was excited that this company will help me get out my debt through a consumer proposal but doing research online about it, I feel that they are samming due to the fact that only licensed insolvency trustee can do it without a ln upront fee.
