This is the worst company to deal with. Cactus Credit wanted to charge me $1500 to do what I learned I could do myself with no cost. I was in a panic when I contacted them about my financial situation. When I did further inquiries the next day, I decided to contact Cactus Credit and cancel them. I was rushed into this without fully understanding what was going to happen. Suddenly money was taken from my account. I did not agree to payments I was sent a document they said I had signed which was not true. They signed it electronically on their end and sent it to me! I signed nothing ever. When I called and told them I no longer was interested in their service, I was told to let yhem know in writing. I did that but they continued to take my money from my account. I got a text from cactus credit to tell me that they were going to take money from my account on August 1st but they took the money out on July 28th I phoned them and they told me that the bank took it early because of the holiday and it Bounced and I owe $48 to the bank because of them
