If I could select 0 I would. The advisor I spoke to was rude, failed to answer exactly what the service would be doing for me and tried to get me to agree to spend multiple of hundreds of dollars. It literally sounded like a complete scam. When I refused and said I wasnt interested (it was not what I was looking for) she kept on forcibly trying to get me to agree to accept the payment terms and her program she was selling. It is a Scam, They do nothing just take money out of your account, Never ever think that this company will help you improve your credit in any way.
Cactus Credit doesn't listen to customers. They did nothing on my file and I told them to stop. They keep going into my bank account to take their fee. They push you into a contract but don't explain everything. They refuse to respond to emails and say they can only make account changes over the phone. ***** is a liar. They are a Scam they took Money from my Account, I Have asked for the Contract that I did not sign. I filled out a application, spoke to someone asked for more information then they starting taking money this was all with in a week and now tell me it will take 30 days to cancel this, they are a Scam, they only singed a Cancelation form nothing else stay away from them I want my $20.00 back as they took it with out my permission, and still can not provided me my contact that has my signer on it

I called in to cactus credit to cancel and they want me to pay a cancellation fee. Nothing has been started so it just paper work to cancel. I do not recommend this company. They collect fees for nothing.
