This place is a scam. They make their services sound wonderful, however if you change your mind as you notice that your credit score keeps going down not up since signing up with their program and you try to cancel they want you to pay $348, after already withdrawing $174.83 from your bank account unbeknownst to you. They will not work with you as someone who is on disability and not working, they dont care that they put you in the hole. Since I hired this company to help me to fix my credit score, It getting lower by Equifax report every months. Im willing to leave this fake program and promises that I received from them since day 1. I feel like Im facing scammers.I do not recommend to anyone this company regarding to get the credit score fixed. Big Scam!!

Do not use this company. I was unsure if I wanted to go through with the program and I was honest with them so they gave me time to think about it. I had already made the first payment. During this time my town had been through 2 wildfire evacuations and a flood evacuation and my father had passed. I decided that at this time with everything up in the air I wasnt going to go through with the program. Now they are telling me they still want me to pay the processing fee. Like WTF?

On their web site they state 12 years in business but BBB says they have only been in business for 6 years. They should have no business in CANADA they are scamming ********* out of their hard earned money. They are not doing anything to help people fix credit you dont need them to fix your credit report you can do it yourself. Very easy process. They were so fast to ask for your void cheque and ids. Never thought Id need to employ the help of a credit repair company until all of a sudden my credit was shot because of circumstances outside of my control. Keeping my fingers crossed than Im never put in that situation again, but if I am then Im calling Cactus Credit immediately.

What a joke. Same issues as everyone else. False advertising and when I laughed and told them they should change their advertising, the manager kept repeating himself like he forgot the rebuttal-book in the bathroom.

I was paired with Cactus credit as a credit provider for people with bad credit. When they contacted me the "manager" explicitly told me that they do not provide loans to people with bad credit, only those that have EXCELLENT credit. When I asked why the company provided false advertising the "manager" became defensive and aggressive in his manner in speaking to me and subsequently hung up on me. Highly unprofessional, both in the false advertising and in the manner in which the "manager" conducted himself.

I have never applied anything with one of their partners. They just calling and harassing me to get into a loan with them. I hope I will not and never be receiving any phone calls anymore from an unknown number. They did not even send me any emails or prove.

WOW! This company steal money, scammers. They will.make you sign then they will wait for you to get ****** off then you will phone them not to pursue the application then they will tell you you have to finish the remaining balance you have to pay! Nothing was done to my application, no file number was given to me, it hasn't started thr application, quoted me higher that what they quoted me before. Wow great service, they steal money! Be very careful with this company or should I say money grabber
