Lied to me about how much they were taking. Said I got a month free and then tried to take a payment when it was not agreed upon. Bounced and got NSF fees and overdraft fees. When I called them they became very defensive and refused to show me evidence where I said go ahead take this amount at this time. I told them to cancel my subscription because I've been unemployed and wasn't going to be able to afford the fee. I emailed them 15 days in advance to either move the payment or preferred to cancel it all together! They did not.... now I have a negative balance PLUS $100 in NSF that I need to pay out of my pocket. I need all the charges refunded and re embruised for all the nsf fees. I do not recommend this service as they aren't helpful or care in the end. **********

The client signed an Agreement with Cactus Credit which details that the Fees are non-refundable, thus, a refund will not be possible. Further, the mentioned Agreement outlines a 10 day Cancellation window which the client had not adhered to. The client signed the Agreement on May 2, 2019 and the request to cancel was first received on Saturday, June 1, 2019 - well outside our 10 day policy.
************ Went from offering me a car, to promising to fix my credit. What kind of company is this?? I'm so lucky I realized right after I spoke with them, that this was a complete scam. I instantly closed my bank account or would be in even more debt!!! For anyone looking to fix their credit, go into an actual busniess. Preferably a well known local place.

Be aware of cactus credit - I have paid $290 enrollment fee to repair my credit score, as they told me they supposed to start the process with in a week but they were completely ignoring me and not even responding to my call after receiving the payment, I left them voice mails and sent them emails but I didn't get any response back from them and more over they were trying to charge enrollment fee multiple times from my credit card with in two days of my first successful enrollment fee payment, luckily I don't had enough bala... read more
