I inquired into an add I saw on the internet. not a great idea but times are tough and I wanted to get some relief. After speaking with Alvin the whole process was very rushed to get me to sign an e-signature to agree to pay the 1500 fee. It all sounded great on the surface but i was worried that nothing they agreed to do for me was in the "contract". I regrettably signed without enough thought. This company is a *****OF MONEY AND TIME. They are HORRIBLE at communication. They SAY that they’ll be in contact with you through the whole process of “increasing your credit score” but as soon as you pay, THEY ARE GONE! They NEVER call or email you unless you contact them. Then they “apologize” and say that they’ll be in contact going forward and will submit there “forms” to help increase your score. Guess what? AGAIN, no communication AND my credit score WENT DOWN ** ******. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Well to start off I was lied to over the phone about many things soon looking at the contract. The agent told me on the phone that they would delete all of my bad items on my credit looking threw the fine print this was a complete lie. Also my contract stated a 1 time fee of 377.00 they took 395.86 so that right there was there breach of contact with me. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone so I'm guessing I will have to sue them to get my money back and close my account with them as they lied to me about the services... read more

They kept calling to collect my money than after I paid i never heard from them again and they never return any of my calls , I would not recommend them to anyone unless you want to lose your money and recieve no service. Horrible company and experience.
