They are not what they claim to be, very unprofessional and *****. Save yourself the headache and stay away from them. Can't even get in contact with them, all you get is voicemails saying they will get back to you which never happens unless THEY are looking for something. Cactus credit is a terrible business, acts more like a ****.

This is an awful company that has no website for you to review your account. The only way to contact them is via texting or calling. The fact you cannot see your account online is very strange. They also ask for so much personal information beforehand, like a passport after they already have someones DL. I have been paying Cactus Credit since November 2019. They promised me that they could get charges removed from my credit report by sending disputes. It is now October 2020 and nothing has changed on my credit report. I pay them 125 to 150 per month. Sometimes they skip a month and when I said I wanted to cancel my account, they said they would freeze my account and to wait a month to see my credit score go up. Nothing. I find this company very very pushy and rude, I wanted a vehicle not someone almost demanding they become power of attorney over my life. Why would I pay someone to represent me to pay my bills, when I am paying them? When I said I was not interested and to please take me off their listing and not call me back, they then called 8 more times, left 6 messages and even texted me. If you are offering financial help or taking over then that is what should have been advertised, yet it wasn't! What was advertised was vehicles.
Please do not trust this business. Many months ago I signed up with this company, paid the installment and payments that followed. They said that I would receive response letters to my home updating me on the progress of my file. Months and months passed with not one letter, no evidence of any movement and progress, when inquiring with the company they say the same thing, wait and that they are sending letters and that's how "it works".
