This company is nothing but a money hungry business attacking those with bad credit I called here after hearing from my ******* ** ***that this was a good company, they told me that it was $477.00 for sign up and then $59.00 and then it changed from that to $123.00, i was told we would receive letters in the mail ** ****** signed up first and then we decided to cancel it and were told we had to pay the $477.00 and then cancel it, then we were told i had to pay $477.00 in order to cancel my contract even though they haven't d... read more

Only got passed the first initial payment of 145.xx and realized I couldn't afford it. Called for cancellation, but they insist on no cancellation. Props for trying to keep my business with payment reschedule and breakdown, but when you make less than 1000 a month, really can't afford it. I decided to inquire about this company so I filled in my info on there website and then waited. I started to receive multiple calls a day from two different numbers in Dawson creek and Fort St. John. Not once did they leave a voice mail just dead air. When I called them back today I was hung up on the first attempt. Called back and spoke with someone who asked very basic information and then proceeded to transfer me to a “ senior manager” by the name of Shawn to speak with me. I hadn’t heard from them for months I had to cancel as I was no longer working anymore due to illness. No problem. I said they could contact me in the new year. But no contact and my bank account was overdrawn by them without authorization by them. **** ****** They’re creeps.

I do not recommend this company what so ever. I was a member for about 5 months and did not see any changes in my credit report. When I attempted to reach out via phone the employees were no responding. Absolutely DO NOT go with them. Absolutely DO NOT go with them. I have never dealt with such a disrespectful human being when trying to cancel my account. They lie to you saying they're accredited, which they're not, and when I tried to nicely tell them I'd prefer to go with someone else, I got a ignorant response, told I was smart and jusf insulted for the duration of the phone call. Absoloutely horrible customer service, never answer phone calls, took money out of my account without my authorization. The lady Jackie I talked to in Billing Management was the rudest person I've ever talked to in my life and was completely disrespectful towards me it was unbelieveable. I do not recommend this place at ALL.

They simply do not respond to referrals. I.was really disappointed after reading all the positive reviews. I have asked them to contact me 3x...crickets.

I had issues on my credit which I was trying to resolve them myself, but I was going nowhere. When I engaged Cactus they managed to remove all the issues.
