Would recommend for... (Verified Renter) Would recommend for the location, apartment features and overall operations and service. Not recommend staying on the main road (Carothers Pkwy) side of the complex due to street noise of vehicle traffic.

I have first... (Verified Renter) I have first floor apartment with Balcony but there are way too many insects that come into the apartment from balcony area. Also there is no pest control near by the front door, so there are too many spiders, insects by the door that come into the house.
