I wasn't happy that check in time was 4PM and had to wait until 4:45 for a room to be ready. One bartender by the pool and it took 25 minutes to actually get 2 drinks. We have had better experiences at other properties in Scottsdale!

Great hotel, great location but customer service not the greatest for such a upscale hotel

Nice property, but overpriced for the offerings. Late checkout is $100/hour. Bottled tequila in the rooms are $450 to give you an idea. In my room, things looked messed with like the toiletries. Wall mounted dispensers were broken and on the floor. Would NOT stay again.

Great location for shopping and dining! Very cool, modern hotel. My only complaint is that I felt like my room had not been vacuumed in months! There was a cracker on the floor by the bed that was was there when I checked in and still there 4 days later!
