Beautiful hotel room. New Property Expensive Parking 1.5 hours to order room service, food was cold and wrong order No Spa The front staff does not answer the phone at T just rings and rings and rings.

I would have loved to have given this an amazing review but unfortunately when I checked out, I left a dress in a garment bag in the closet and never saw it again. This was not a small item, nor something that could easily be missed by staff. I checked out on Sunday morning and realized I forgot it on Monday. I called explained the situation and gave them my room number and they just transferred me to security. Security didn't answer so I left a voicemail. Property is nice and modern. However the bed was not comfortable and the a/c is so loud I could barely fall alseep.
