This experience was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room we had on the sixth floor was dirty and dusty. My family and I stayed here for 2 days and spent $1200 for a terrible experience. I have kids under 21 and the hotel advertises 2 pools. Once we got to the hotel, we realized the rooftop pool was adults only and we were not informed. The room only gave us one waterbottle for the 4 people in the room and only two towels. The parking garage was hard to get to ,dark and in the basement. It did not feel like a luxurious hotel parking garage. As a guest of the hotel, I should be allowed to park in the parking lot directly in front of the hotel.

Had to change rooms 2 different times minimum due to rooms being dirty. One with food and dirt crumbs all over the floor, bed and room couch also and fresh white stains unknown origin. The second room was filled with cigarette smoke. Security came to look and verified my claim. House keeping didn’t come until, day 3 of a 4 night 5 day stay. Made the bed but did not change linen either time they cleaned room. Loved our room! The front desk attendant at check in was not welcoming or friendly at all. She gave no information about the property and only spoke to ask for my credit card and ID.

Terrible experience. Check in was at 4:00 and we didn't get our room until after 5:00 pm. I reserved a premium suite with Mountain View and was given a different room as an "upgrade" which was right at the pool/bar area, where the music was super loud at night and my kids couldn't sleep. When I called the front desk to ask to turned down the music they said they couldn't do that and that the music would stop at 2:00 am when the bar closes. Also, the room was not very clean.
